If you're trying to play it straight, then: "Hey, this is Tom, what's up?

Ask her if she got home okay. Tell her she was a good dancer. Ask when she's free to meet up.

if no callback humor etc. comes to mind.

I suggest you give humor a shot anyway, even if your joke is lame.

Truth be told, if all you get in a club is a number, the chances of hooking up later are kind of low. She probably gave her number to three other guys that night, and she probably has two or three FWB situations. If she really liked you, she would have gone home with you. A number in a club is nothing to be excited about. So just fire something off without getting your hopes up.

Send a stupid pickup line. If she has even a tiny sense of humor, she'll laugh.

For a friday night club number, you could text her Saturday night suggesting Sunday brunch, or Sunday afternoon to meet up for drinks Sunday night. But I wouldn't wait any longer than that or make plans further in advance than that. Chances are she's going to flake.
