If she was one of your best friends then the best thing is telling her, that you think you might have fucked things up and that you would like to talk about things.

Keep a open mind about not seeing each other again, staying friends and trying to escalate it again. It might just be that things got wierd somehow. Talking face 2 face about what everyone is feeling always helps.
