I've been noticing a lot of things that have been just jumping out at me the past few days and I would love to see your thoughts on them as well.

1) All Alphas lift/Lifting fixes all SMV problems

This is demonstrably not the case. Buff guys still get cheated on. All lifting should do for you is promote self confidence and help increase your SMV. It won't make you not ugly. It won't make every relationship blissful and easy. It takes more.

Also, an easy example is a super buff friend of mine who acts clingy and has a crazy white night complex. He gets cheated on, dumped, and I've seen him crying over it. Mindset matters more. His body and looks only help him to go after 8-9's on a more consistent basis while dating.

2) TRP only helps you to get laid, not with LTRs

LTRs need to have an alpha leading and a woman following in order to work out as nature intended. Sure, having a ring on your finger can possibly lower your SMV to your partner, but that's also heavily based on how frame has been established in the long term. Also, on the woman herself, her options, and her perception of you. Which means that TRP men can get married if they go in with the right ideas and concepts and application of TRP.

3) You can't communicate with women/You can't use women for emotional support

This is also demonstrably false in many instances. A woman will nurture an Alpha if she sees him as one. For instance, an injured athlete, or wounded soldier. It doesn't mean she will be cheating on him just because he is hurt. Again, this is about frame.

The reason I bring this up is because of the classic "sympathizing vs. fixing" difference between beta's and alphas that is visible between men and women. Women are not there to fix the problem, wheras men are. So the alpha behavior in my opinion is to lead her in assisting you to fix a problem that you have when you open up about it.

4) That TRP isn't about perception.

This is not true in the slightest. TRP is about perception, mindset, confidence building, assertion, frame, attitude, and communication skills. SMV is perceived, not absolute. Group culture and psychology can give someone higher SMV in one setting and lower SMV in the next in a new or different group. Any show of strength you may do picking a girl up at the gym (ie benching 350lbs) won't matter if she is head over heels falling for another guy and watching him lift, even if he can only put up 300lbs. But you can feel better about the extra 50 pounds.

5) Alphas are insecure about what their LTR or plate is doing when they are away.

Sweet Jesus, the club stuff, all of the time? Can she go to the club? How do I tell her not to go to the club because I'm uncomfortable? If she goes to the bar, she'll get fucked by an alpha etc. etc.

If she's going to cheat on you because she doesn't see your SMV or have any integrity at all, it's going to happen anyway and you'll find out later. If she's not, she won't. How I would say to deal with this is by communicating your boundaries and your comfort level, but let her make her choice. Ask her if she would be comfortable with you in the same setting, and explain to her why as a guy you see the need to go to the club/bar. It is ok to go to a bar to just have drinks and chill out. Not everything in our lives revolves around pick up artistry and honestly I am so frustrated to see that we are so focused on that here and not the LTR because "Getting laid is all that matters."

6) Getting laid is all that matters.

What about having a RP woman that can help satisfy other needs? What about picking a woman that isn't just attractive, but can be a good mother down the line? What about having fun in the LTR? What about building a relationship so when a ring is on the finger, SMV doesn't decrease?

My point is just that there is a lot more to think about with the game, and I think some of these points will help scratch the surface of that a little bit deeper.
