dont try to talk on the dancefloor. Dance with them, let the grind on you, glide your hands over their backs, arms and even upper legs. After doing that for awhile you can move your face closer to hers to gauge how she feels about you. Many times youll be able to make out with her just after a few minutes...

NOW!! this doesnt actually mean anything. Girls do this shit all the time, and it does not mean she wants to fuck. Period. It's just plain old "fun". It doesn't mean she doesn't want to fuck either, so after doing escalating to making out, you can try to isolate.

Isolate. That means taking her somewhere where you are away from her friends, and yours. That could be another place in the club. Secluded. Outside, or at another club.

Once you have isolated it's WAY easier to escalate even further, like making out more, touching to more private parts, talking dirty etcetc. Asking her to come home with you, or hers, or the park, or another place to fuck comes next. She might say "yeh! fucking is the best!", "oh...yeh, but mah friends...uh" or "no, I hate penis"... Depending on her reaction, you either go "fuck yeh!", "you are right... it would be crazy if we were to do anything more, without your friends ever knowing about it!" or "oh, crap..."

I'm sure if any decent looking lady came up to you and started dancing, you'd have no issue with it. And even if you did, would it REALLY be that much of a problem?

Tell yourself often "No matter what happens, I'll be ok." Because you will be ok, even if the girl you dance with doesn't like you. You're treating this like a life and death situation, relax and enjoy yourself.

So, to answer your question, as long as you're congruent and confident, then yes (most) women will appreciate you for making an approach.
