So I'm getting more numbers than ever and I guess it's small progress in the greater scheme of things because now the problem is with flaking.

I've been reading up on it but what are some of the 'big ideas/rule' for minimizing flaking?

I've read technique like build more comfort during the interaction, and make a concrete plan. Any thoughts?
