So I'm in Macedonia, and today I tried to hit a club where my friend works at. Now, I have not been to Macedonia in 5 years, so I was going to assume that my friend would help me out and stuff especially because he is the bouncer at the club. Instead my friend practically kicks me out. He tells me that the clothes I was wearing were stupid, that I cannot go to a club alone, and that I need a group. This whole time he was saying that this is not America and that people and girls are not going to even look at me if I'm alone. I even asked if it was go to go and approach girls from other groups and he said "no." Heartbroken I took a taxi home. Is that a normal occurrence in Europe? Is my friend being informative or just a douche?
