Honestly I think that if you think too much when doing this stuff it will be shit and you won't enjoy it anyway. Just enjoy it and remember some people just aren't very physically compatible so it will be shit no matter what you do.

I agree with some here that overthinking it ruins it. But this is solid advice and I think what matters is how you use it. I don't think the best use is by memorizing everything written here and going out trying to do everything perfect, instead I like to recall my past experiences and compare what I did with what is suggested here. This helps me learn from my mistakes. Then go out and have some more experiences, and read it again to realize where you could improve, and so on! It's a learning process.
