Alright! Before I get started I would like to get across that this is my first ever Reddit post and in no way or shape am I a grammar professor. I will try to keep this as short as possible without leaving out any key details. Let us start from the beginning.

I'm currently 21 and see myself as inexperienced with women. The last serious relationship I had lasted about two years while I was in High School. It seemed she didn't have any intention to improve herself as she gained a lot of weight and started to form really bad habits. I knew that was a path I didn't want to follow so I broke it off. Since then I've had no real interest in dating and decided to solely work on my physical, mental, and financial well being.

BOOM!! A wild cutie appeared at my work place. Straight out of no where my emotional clock's started to tick again. She had sexy legs, cute short hair, looked as if she had her self together, and didn't seem out of my league. So what did I do you must be thinking? I got her damn number! We started to text often back and forth. She told me she had a boyfriend, that they have only been dating for about two weeks and she wanted to keep it platonic for the time being. I thought to myself if I wanted to be that douche to get her to break up with him. From what she was telling me I translated it as he was a loser who had no job, lived with his parents, and no ambitions. What the hell, I knew what I wanted at the time and dammit I wanted her so I went for it.

Due to my inexperience now that I've realized it. I was texting her way to often and conversations started to become stale. After this realization I decided to immerse myself in learning what the hell to do to get this women by my side. I quit texting her as often and kept it at a need to know basis while still being playful and interesting. About a week after implying this method she asked me to go to a nature park with her for a few hours. Needless to say I was excited. We had a really good time together and sparked up a lot of conversations. Found out she and I had a lot in common via we both had troubled childhoods and wanted to improve our self.

After a few weeks we both went to another nature park and that is where she told me she broke up with her boyfriend and that she was single. I was ecstatic but didn't want to push things to fast. I played it chill the whole day and we hugged and said our goodbyes. Here is where things started to take a turn as I found out she was hanging out with another guy. Alright I told myself, while being extremely jealous. I confronted her about it and she basically told me I had a lot of good qualities but she didn't feel a spark yet and it takes time for her to know if she likes someone. Eject button pushed No way in hell am I going to be stuck in the friend zone. I barely contacted her only to keep some kind of link connected between us and that was all.

About three weeks passed before out of the blue she asked to come over and watch Netflix while we get drunk. I was stunned, I playfully asked her if she was implying Netflix and Chill. She replied that she didn't want to stay the night and wanted to hang out and literal watch some Netflix. She came over in a beautiful blue dress and was a 10/10 in my book. So we watched some comedy laughed and talked for about a hour. We decided to go for a walk to hopefully sober up. I thought to myself, Okay I'm going to play this cool and once we get back from walking I'll make a move. None of that happened. By the time we got back it was getting dark out and she wanted to leave. She hurried herself in and collected all her things, we hugged then she quickly left. It's been a few days since she came over now and all I can think about is why I didn't make a move before we went on our walk. Was it out of respect of what she said or my own inexperience? Do some women really go to a mans home just to hangout? Is she playing with me? How far has she gotten with that other guy? Did I miss my chance? Why am I such a moron? All these questions and I'm sitting here wondering what to do next.
