tl;dr: Where to meet girls ?

I've decided to make drastic changes in my life to get some confidence back. One of them is to be able to be flirty / have some game as I have none, ground zero. To do so I'd like to immerse myself the most I can. However I don't know where to go if I'm by myself during the day.

I feel like I might come of as a Casanova (the wrong one, douche type) if I go talk to a stranger girl. Or worse a creep. Also usually girls are in group so trying to converse there looks just like I'd have no friend. Going with a friend we might disrupt them if they had a good conversation and want to be alone.

So what I'd like is places where I'm likely to find girls alone and places where I can go with a friend, for the former I'm thinking the park.
