You don't need much to understand a guy. We are very rational and we like to be straightforward. Just ask. Be direct and you will get a direct answer.

You should ask as soon as you're interested in the answer.

You can ask, and he could say he wants more, or he could say he doesn't want more. Either way, you won't have to drop anymore hints and wait to see what happens.

I would say exactly this. It's how you really feel, and will setup the right expectations for him. If you were to say anything other than what you feel, you'll be setting up his expectations for THAT, which is what you don't want, so...why?

It's possible most guys won't be prepared to answer this and they might take it as a shit test. Also their answer could end up being self limiting. Might be a lot better just to say what you're looking for.

(IE: sitting at work now, if the hot indian girl came over to me and asked "what are you looking for" I wouldn't know what to say but if she said "I'm just looking for casual sex but a little more, I'm in an open relationship" I'd say fuck ya.)
