I've been doing well for myself starting the interaction off before a girl notices me. But when I'm on the street or at a bar or party and I catch eyes with a girl who looks like she is into me I reflexively shy away from eye contact and kind of avoid her, it's like if I don't prove myself to a girl through my personality it's not even worth trying even if she already seems to like me i should automatically give up and feel bad about myself.

what do you guys do to better your eye contact and body language game?

I feel like this reflexive shy mess has kept me from many fun nights and new friends.
