I kissed a work colleague in a nightclub on our first time out, what to do next?

If your place is out of the question because you are in a relationship or married don't read any of this because you are a scumbag. If it's for other reasons, carry on.

Ok, well not knowing how old you are or what type of environment you work in my first piece of advice is never kiss and tell, aka don't go blabbing around work telling all your buddies you hooked up with this chick, keep it to yourself. As for how to act, keep it cool. Stick with the usual "hey, how's it going" "how's your day been?" type of chatter, or however you usually interact. As for the next step, you obviously want to hangout with her again outside of the office, but in order to take it further this time work some logistics into your night out, like pregaming at her place, picking her up at her place ect. Since your place is out of the question your plans should revolve around getting back to her place at the end of the night. As to inviting her our, do whatever you did the first time.
