You don't need pay for an activity to touch someone. You can start by touching the back of your hand to their arm when you make a point. You can play thumb war. Just prove that you're sexually confident to them by showing some physical confidence. How many dates have you actually been on, and where are you meeting these women? You don't need to alienate anyone, just screen for women who are comfortable talking about sex before you set up the date.

You're looking at it totally the wrong way. Good game is about playing YOUR game and bringing women into YOUR reality. Not changing yourself to match the rules of what you or they think is "proper".

My advice is that you shouldn't be waiting a date or two in order to be physical. You should physically escalate on the first date.

Don't be afraid to initiate contact with her throughout your first date. You can start by hugging her when you first meet. Then as your chatting, go ahead and touch her lightly on the upper arm/shoulder when something interesting or funny is said in the conversation.

Then gradually escalate to her forearms, hands, knees, upper back, lower back, legs, hair. As the date goes on, be bold and hold your touch for longer periods of time.

Also, it's completely okay to just back off the physicality for a bit. Keep her guessing. Believe it or not, this is fun for her. You want her to be excited and comfortable with your touch, but not too comfortable with it.

If you establish from the beginning that your physical touch is fun, playful, and exciting, then physical escalation becomes much more natural. It also makes the progression to kissing and sex more natural and quicker.
