The same way you'd pick up any other girl. Be confident. Be calm. Approach in a way where you are controlling the situation. Be funny in your own way. But with a these girls specifically you'd want to be a bit more alpha than, let's say, picking up a cutie in the library. Because simply these girls are usually surrounded by males of the same type. This is speaking from experience. I dig all girls but at one point I was surrounded with hella ghetto girls, they're fun. The description of make up and all that shit you wrote has nothing to do with them being ghetto or not, that's more to do with how insecure a girl is and how comfortable she is in her own skin. Tbh man like the main piece of advice I'd give you is be comfortable with yourself so they feel comfy with you. There's no specific rule for different types of girls. Seduction is a universal spoken language. Same rules apply everywhere.

Treat them like individuals, don't pass judgement based on how you perceive them. I've dated a lot of women like this, and often they are far more complex once you get past that outer shell. Like the others have said, you pretty much have to use the same game. But I think it's important that you don't generalize them.

the way you pick up ANY girl is by respecting her. If you talk to these women like they are "trash" they will immediately reject you. Your attitude is wrong. You are not looking at them as people.
