Nobody likes abusive men. Abusive men use force as a control mechanism. When a women is in an abusive relationship she feels useless and not worthy of any man, let alone the one that's beating her.

At the same time she is not getting her ass beat all the time. Since she is caught nasty trap of seeking validation she is still emotionally attached.

Use dominant instead of abusive as terminology here. Abusive implies non-consent, and all kinds of other bad things.

Women like a balance of both dominant and sweet, both inside and outside the bedroom.

Slapping the hell out of her is relatively rare though. You've got to talk about kinks and rough sex, or lightly test the waters before dong anything like that. Be careful dude.

You can't be only sweet outside the bedroom or else that rough sex will have less of an impact. You've got to have moments where you're playfully rude, moments where you lay down your standards, moments of entitlement /cockiness. They have to be genuine and not constant though. It basically comes as a byproduct of being a cool guy and not "putting pussy on a pedestal" .

Women like guys that are confident and dominant. But that's just an emotion - they don't actually want a guy that will control them and tell them what to do. Unfortunately, in the real world the only guys that are confident and dominant are also abusive. But no, women don't like abusive guys, at least consciously.

OK not all guys that r confident and dominate r abusive. In the 50s the man was always the dominant one, he made decisions for the household, to protect the wife and kids. What he said was final and in that time u just went along with it. Being a dominant man has nothing to do with abuse. Most abusive men r insecure and use violence and mental abuse to keep the woman/man from leaving them because of that insecurity. The movie 50 shades of grey the main character was dominate, he never used violence outside the bedroom, cause yes most dom/sub type relationships that's what happens in the bedroom. That's their choice and the partner can choose not to participate. An abusive relationship is totally different. They stay or leave but the abusive man usually has mentally abused them so much that they feel they can never leave, that they deserve what is being done to them, and that even if they left no one else would want to b with them.
