I always make friends with girls.

Good.

But when they tell me they have a boyfriend, I feel jealous and completely want to ignore them.

So you don't want to make friends with girls.

Get you're mind out of what I like to call "the friendzone frame." Accept the fact that you're not going to bang them. Unless that was your intention to begin with. If so then that's another story. Haha. Just tease them about their boyfriends. Female friends aren't there for pitty sex or to have as back up in the pocket. they're there for mainly two things. 1) wing women 2)to talk to about things your guy friends wouldn't understand.

It's simple and it's all about tricking your mind right now until it becomes a habit. If you're down and sore about finding out a girl has a boyfriend 1st. Remind yourself they have nothing to offer you. 2nd. Tell yourself, better yet repeat it to yourself, she's not what I'm looking for, I'll go find another. Now if you can talk to her while you know she has nothing to offer and you'll be interested in other girls she's probably cool and will make a decent wing-woman down the line.
