work through your self esteem. be good at what you do. be proactive, assertive and own the shit up. don't be a permission boy. do what you want to do but also think about others but yourself first. listen to others but make your own decisions.

a little bit of thrilling, adventurous physical activities should fucking give you some testosterone boost. then follow what you want to do.

don't care what others do much. in our society these days we don't need to conform to everything and everyone. do your own thing and own it. take care of your responsibilities, keep your words.

Don't be a pushover ever. Don't be a "nice guy" and go head over heels for a girl because it makes you look like a puss and it never works. Always stand up for yourself (nonprofessional settings). Actively seek out girls. Always call the shots in a relationship. If a girl wears the pants in your relationship you will forever look like a bitch.

my advice would be dude, know who you are and own it. Decide what you want and work towards those things. I think it's not so much about trying to be 'Masculine,' or whatever concept of that you have. It's about being honest with yourself and who you are, girls will find that attractive. If you put on an act to try and appear Masculine the way you think it should be, girls will sense that that is fake and will be turned off by it. All this stuff you see here, negging and all that ish, there are helpful concepts there, but it honestly is very over the top at times. Don't be a pushover, know what you want, and go after those things.
