The situation isn't different, she has a boyfriend, just like any other girl who would sleep with you when she already has a boyfriend. Ultimately, it depends on what you want and it's up to you to deal with whatever consequences, moral or otherwise, that will come with it.

She sounds relatively likely to sleep with you, whether she has a boyfriend or not. Will she likely date you (if that's what you're going for) when she's fresh out of a relationship? Likely not. There's not much advice to give here since you already sound like you're doing pretty well, either go for it or don't.

Odds are you two will sleep together, but it would be unwise to pursue a relationship with someone so conflicted, even after she breaks up with him, as she'll still be quite conflicted

Dude she is begging you for it. Long distance relationships don't work. She doesn't want to take responsibility for the breakup, she wants you to take charge. This isn't a particularly good sign, but if you don't give her some penis, some other guy will. She isn't "cheating," that implies she does not have a right to break up with a guy. She is just exercising her freedom of choice. Give her a better choice: you.
