I have had a similar situation once. I tried to make her meet me by starting sexual talk. I wrote "if you knew what I'd do to you right now if you were here". She asked, I explained in detail how I would escalate to see and she got horny as hell. The bad thing was, she still was hesitant to meet, and after too many weeks of trying to persuade her, I simply nexted her.

Actual advice you can use here: What you want to show her, is that the date is commitment free, and that she doesnt have to try and out on a persona for you, so to speak.

Tell her that you're just meeting to have fun (and not in a sexual way, I mean actually just meeting her to have a good time), and that if her personality is even half as good as it seems, you two are going to have a blast. Essentially try and get her to realise that you have control of everything, and that all she has to do is tag along, to have a blast of an evening
