Had to look up what a glassy was lol. I worked as a bouncer in a bar. It's amazing for high value demonstration, the girls wanna "know somebody who works there". Be funny, flirty, go along with the drunk vibe... but don't do any dumb game stuff you'd do out on the dance floor. Don't lose your job.

Additionally, the flake rate from meeting girls like this is soooo high so don't worry about girls forgetting completely even just meeting you. Hate to say all these negative things but I want to manage your expectations here. You also rarely get off when it is prime time to take them home, around 1am. You'll probably work til after the bar closes, and then they will have had their share of pizza hut (if you have that) and passed out already.

Use the value game, meet lots of girls while you're there and flirt if you have the time, but don't focus in on your game too much here. Use it as a high value statement when day gaming or out clubbing. You have a unique position to show them good nights at service nights where you may know a lot of people also.

Sorry if thoughts were kinda jumbled here, I am just rambling before I hit the hay on my experience as a bouncer for a little over a year while learning game a few years back.
