I'm writing this post to recommend a book, The Charisma Myth. I'm by no means a master seducer, but in the past few years I saw my self esteem and self worth plummet, so low to the point where I'd literally be shaking and sweating and short of breath in the presence of an attractive woman, not know what to say around friends,...to now being just as self confident as I previously was, able to approach and converse with any girl I choose, lead others, and basically freed myself from irrational social fears and worries.

Some of you may have heard of this book, but if you haven't, you need to check it out, especially if you feel like you're struggling with self esteem, confidence, and relating to people/social interactions.

Routines and schemes can only go so far. The best way to seduce people is be charismatic and charming, and this book teaches you what that looks like, how to get in a charismatic state, and has tons of excercises and tools to help you learn and grow and track your progress, and it's full of great examples and anecdotes. This will be great for those of you that are task oriented and like to follow a plan.

It really is a great book and on top of helping you be better with people, will help you with confidence and self esteem as well. Plus, you will not only reap the benefits of your newfound charisma when interacting with women, but with your friends, your job, and other social areas of your life.

Along with many other experiences I had in the past few years, this book has been a tremendous help. Hopefully this post isn't too far off topic from regular seduction questions and topics, but I think it would be really helpful to those who are struggling with the basic self esteem and social problems that make it so hard and intimating to begin trying to talk to women.
