Too creepy....she is only going to think of you as that strange dude that left her a note.

If it is a sports bar, your better bet would be to go at a less busy time or during the week when she is working one of the filler dead periods that staff have to work.

And for god sakes, DO NOT DO CREEPY THINGS.
