Does this normally work "If you would like to/want we can get coffee sometime/this week"? I would say imagine if you were already 2 days in and you were certain she was going to keep going out with you for 2 more days. Would you say to a girl you've already been seeing two days "If you would like to/want we can get coffee sometime/this week" or would you say "You wanna get some coffee with me at 5?".

It's okay to make timing etc assumptions wrong. It's fun to hash what is right.

Imagining that you've already been going out for a day or two and that it's definitely going to be good for another day or two allows you to relate to her immediately as if you were already going out and gives you the confidence to just ask / go for it.

This is important because it gives her a sense of what it's going to be like for her and also shows that you'll make the most of the time with her including right now.
