As the title said im 21 living in Moscow , girls here are hotter than than my laptop , but the problem whenever i tell myself go approach i start to give myself excuses why i should not talk like "oh she prolly doesnt speak english " " oh she looks like a bitch" etc , however i met a guy , he is an approach machine he doesnt care he just approach girls while they are eating , walking , in the metro everywhere and he approach 9's and amazingly they all spoke english . And gave him alot of time , even though he dress style is bad plus his looks and he is a really weird and he admits it .

Can you guys give me tips how to kill this approach anxiety and talk .
