I know someone who is now complaining to me that he knows that a particular lady he is attracted to has romantic feelings towards him, but she is resisting her own feelings towards him.

He knows I am very familiar with NLP and am very familiar with interpersonal and social psychology, and he is asking me to observe her and then tell him ways he can "activate" or "subtly convince" her to give into her feelings. He is convinced it is completely ethical for him to ask me to do this because it is her organic feelings anyway, and the only thing stopping her from falling in love with him is her rationalizations to herself.

Is this ethical? If I help my friend, whom I knew for a very long time (more than a decade), would this be an immoral thing to do?
