Isolate and escalate. You don't just tell girls you want to get sexual, you show them with your actions. When you're with them, be physical, even on the smallest level. Escalate from there.

You don't just "fuck a girl." First you have to approach her. You have to introduce yourself. Here's where you meet a barrier. She may not be attracted to you or interested for a variety of reasons. You keep trying with other girls you find attractive, and if you're taking care of your personal life in a way that makes you attractive, you'll eventually get past this first barrier. Now you keep talking to the girls who are receptive to you, and build rapport and comfort. Then you ask for their number for the purpose of setting up a date to see them again. This all happens in the first or near first interaction. Then you go on dates, decide if his is really someone you want to be involved with. They're deciding the same thing. You escalate physically, slowly and gradually. Then, at some point during these follow up dates, you move the meeting to someone's place and you physically escalate to sex or until she tells you to stop.
