Long time lurker, first time posting

So I was gonna meet with this girl Saturday. She seemed happy to meet. I didn't text her much after setting up the date on Monday. She suddenly canceled with an excuse that doesn't really convince me and didn't really seemed interested in setting up another date. What should I do now?
