2 possibilities that I can see. A. She is shit testing you. Girls have filters for their lives just as guys do, where as most girls filter out guys they don't like / want via shit tests, guys filter out via other means.
B. She is behaving out of habit and does not know how to communicate any other way no matter how much she tries.
I had a guy call me up via internet phone after high school ended.
He kept calling me up to say: "Haaa haaa you ugly as hell."
I'm not, buuut~ I got annoyed at this kid so I hung up.
He kept calling me.
The annoying thing is, this application wouldn't let you close it or do anything unless you answered the call.
I answered his call, muted it, blocked him, uninstalled the program.
Moral is: He knew I was annoyed but just kept trying to mess with me. It wasn't personal, or reasonable, he just didn't know any other way.
All of this being said? Employ lots of Kino escalation.

Based on your possibilities, I would think about number 2, but I am not sure though... She is the one who added me on Snapchat and she is also the one who started the conversation. She keeps saying that roasting is her true nature.

One example would be when we talked about matcha. Me: You like matcha too? It's so expensive tho. Her: Yeah, it's not for you, it's for rich people only. Me: Wow, what about you then? Her: I am richer than you Me: Damn buy me matcha then Her: I will buy you a deathbed.

Yeah try some agree and amplify and avoid letting her constantly undercut you. Pull back on the "Damn" and "Wow" responses especially if they're not sarcastic. This really isn't a whole lot to go on generally though.
