FUCK IOIs, FUCK signs, FUCK all this nonsense. This is all bullcrap only for the boy-man to use. And, even then, I’m pretty sure a gal would hold a fucking sign and those kind of boy-man would be like “Is it for me? I know it says my name but still, I wana be sure and shit”. This is because you are, as a boy-man, waiting for “permission” to breath, to look, to wipe your @ss... What a boy-man does is wait, leave the control of its life to whatever has more guts than him to make a decision.

I say if you're good looking and if you don't have an overestimated perception of your appearance then yes, if they glance at you for at least 3 seconds then they're attracted for sure. But be careful to not come off as arrogant because of your looks or because you get a lot of attention from women, because they notice that. And also keep it mind that this only gives you a head start, you need at least a decent inner game. Bottom line is, staring is kind of an invite to go talk to them.
