Yeah I would wait until she's about to walk away then ask. Sit by her if possible, talk throughout class when possible, and right when everyone is packing up ask her then but maybe try and wait until she's away from most of your classmates so they don't hear the exchange. As far as getting the motivation, I believe you'll receive that when you start start talking to her in class. Pay attention to her BL body language does she seem engaged in what you're saying meaning adding to your convo or is she more or less just starring straight ahead pretending to pay attention to the teacher.

You can't get any motivation. It's impossible. You already blew it. You could have just walked up to her and talked to her. Instead, you talked to other people about talking to her. You talked to us instead of her.
