First, find some friends or social group. This is necessary just to be a human being.

Go join some clubs or something with people that share your interests. Find party promoters on the internet. Do something like that.

As for meeting girls. Yeah cold approach would probably be your only good avenue.

Unless you like to appear in clubs/bars/parties alone.

But yeah... cold approach is the way.

As far as everyone says anyway, I have no clue since I'm an approach virgin.
