Do you have a lighter?

I know this subreddit dislikes the idea of getting people into vices to talk to women, so this post goes for the people that already smoke, i'm not trying to promote it or anything.

Now that that's out of the way, a few weeks ago i started smoking tobacco (not that harmful as actual cigarettes), and i started to find there's a cool opportunity for us smokers.

In my university there's a lot of beautiful women who also happen to smoke, so if you hang around campus while you don't have any classes you may get the question, if you have a cigarette on your hand, "do you have a lighter?" Coming from a very pretty girl. That's your chance. You may say something like "Yeah, i'm dr.adic btw." And start a conversation while you are looking for your lighter. The thing about this is that the girl doesn't expect a conversation, so she won't be on her defensive attitude or anything.

I'm just saying this is a good opener (because they open you), you have to play your cards right after that. Maybe you can use her opinion on something, or just initiate a conversation with her group (they are always in a group).

This method works both ways, you can also be the guy who asks for the lighter and start talking, but in my experience it works better when she asks for it.
