I feel like she invited her friend because she didn't want it to be a date. But I wasn't there so you assess the situation. If she seemed into you just do it. You only live once and 4 months is a long time.

I think you should just ask her. If you're leaving and not going to see each other, why not? Make your intentions clear, especially if what you said didn't work last time. You can outwardly say "Lets go on a date, me and you" if you want. How she responds could go either way, but at least you'll have some closure. And if she says no, don't sweat it!
