If someone really wants to study the game they should try to move to an area with a lot of women to choose from.

I recommend Manhattan. There's a non ending selection of available women who are beautiful. After moving from Manhattan back to Missouri, I almost gave up the game. I actually did because of sheer lack of talent in small town Missouri. I fucked a fat girl; so horrible! I will never do that again. Don't ever do it!
