Don't listen to /u/Woujo, he's kind of an asshole if you follow enough of his comments.

If this girl wanted you to leave her alone she wouldn't have invited you to exercise with her. Whether or not she was DTF is anybody's guess, but take solace in the fact that you showed up and had an enjoyable interaction.

Dude you are way too aggressive and needy. Just because a girl is talking to you doesn't mean she wants you to follow her. Girls are trained by society to be nice to guys even if they are not interested. You shouldn't judge her by her words, but judge her by her actions.
