So I met this girl and my building and we seemed to hit it off. She took my Facebook before she went back to her room. She's leaving on Sunday for Germany so I thought I'd make a move on her beforehand. I invited her to watch a movie at my place, judging from this should I make a move?

Pinches nose bridge you don't make a move based on a text message of agreeing to watch a movie. Have her come over, talk for a little bit without the movie on and just have fun, after a little while of talking and maybe a drink put the movie on , if the conversation went well and you guys are laughing and having a good time and enjoying each other's company pull her towards you and say that you two should cuddle. After a couple minutes of this, then you lean in and give her a kiss and make whatever move you feel are appropriate.

If the conversation is tense, awkward, and you feel like you are pushing it don't follow the above steps.

Pretty much don't think with your brain in this situation. Listen to your gut. You will know instantly if it is the right timing to make a move. And Beyond everything else.. Do not ask her if you can kiss her. Be confident in yourself.
