Just schedule them for different times/days. Schedule multiple for one day if you want, just make sure you excuse yourself from the first in time to meet the second. Tell the first girl you have to leave to meet your mom or something, then meet the other girl at a different venue so they don't run into each other.

For first dates, keep it to something cheap and casual where you can talk. For me that almost always means drinks or coffee or ice cream. If you're spending more than $10 on a girl on a first date, IMO you're investing too much and making it look like you're trying to buy her affection, which reflects poorly on the intrinsic value you bring to the interaction.

If any of them happens to ask I recommend being upfront about the fact that you are dating other woman. While it may seem a little counter intuitive I have never had a girl walk as a result of it.
