I want to ask this girl out as we do have good repport when we talk, only issue is I KNOW she works a ton, and does school when she's not. What would he the best approach?

So i wanna ask this woman out. She works at the gym I go to. I'm not 100% sure she's into me but kind of. (Not good at reading body language) She always seems very excited to see me, we talk a bit when we're able to and tease eachother somewhat. She's even invited me to a few fitness classes she's in. (Literally participating and not instructing) I would like to ask her out but she work's a ton. She's there from 10 AM - 10PM and when she's not doing that, she's focusing on school. She's awesome tho and would like to ask her out, but apart of me doesn't want to get embarrassed and the other part of me feels like what's the point when i know the answer is gonna be she's to busy anyway? And that's even if she wants to. What would be the best approach in this situation?
