We've all be given this advice, ''You've got to speak with confidence, move with confidence etc.''. But if you've been shy your whole life this concept can be hard to put in to actions. Today i'm gonna give you some tips and way to relate your own experiences to this advice so you can internalize it better. I Believe that without previous experience and personal action to relate to, an advice is just not applicable for seduction. For example ''mirroring'' gonna look awkward until you notice yourself doing it naturally, only until then, you'll be able to put it into action and to good use.
For one who don't know me, I used to be really active on this forum and many others but deleted my old account for privacy as you could link it to my personal life. Even tho i Haven't been active on seduction communities recently I can assure you that I know my shit. For your information, I refuse to use tactics and routines (beside the ones i've created myself, like the pen routine) I focus my work solely on inner game and self improvement. I'm a lazy fuck so being chassed is way more easy then chassing.
About learning stages : I believe that there is 4 stage of learning, First is learning from others. As you,re reading this, you're on that stage. It's the very first step that all seduction subreddit are all about. Giving you a head start. You can learn very fast by reading, and learning by watching others. Second is practice. As you practice you internalize previously learned knowledge. Before practicing all of this knowledge is uselesss as is it not relatable. You know it, you might understand it, but you can't relate personally to it. You can tell yourself ''oh, just like that one time where...'' third Teaching it. Once you have learned and practice, Teach it to someone. It's a good way to give value to others AND learning faster. As you teach other, you force yourself to have a greater knowledge and you have more people to care for. One, yourself, then, your students. This force you to have a more solid knowledge of the thing your teaching. and last Master level. This is where you start creating content for that specific skill. Creating routines, for exemple is required to have practice, knowledge, internalised confidence, etc.. i highly suggest mastery by robert greene
This guide is all about the inbetween stage 1 and stage 2 of learning.
And now for the reason you're reading this. What is confident speaking, as of how does it feel. I sure can't tell it for you but I want you to think of a moment, where you spoke and it felt like the world was revolving around you. Everyone was listening quietly, looking at you, asking question. There is moment in life, where it feels like everything falls into place and these moment are confidence moment. I just realized recently what made me a great speaker and this is it. confidence. I knew it, I knew we needed to be confident, but I never realised the state of pure confidence, not a faked one,a pure confident moment where you speak about what you think, clearly, precisely, without hesitation. I can tell you that, but you've got to find for yourself this moment, and internalize it, remember it and make it a habit to remember how it felt to be purely 100% confident. This is how you internalized knowledge. You've got to mix practice with knowledge. Be bold as fuck. It's these moment where everybody was listening to you, and just later you realised you've gave away a piece of your mind, that people could judge, agree or disagree, but they all listened, and you're like, damn I was just 100% into what I was saying and it captivated people. find these moment and understand it as confidence. It's not luck they liked it so much, it's not one of those days, it's A day you were confident and I know, for sure, everyone had these. Find it, relate to it, and then, you'll know what is it trough your own experience, how to be confident. It is one thing to know to be confident, it is an other to know what it is like. You've been confident once, now internalize it.
In my future post, I'm thinking of posting about NLP and how to reprogram yourself. I want to address shame and a way to remove it from your autopilot. it's a useless programmed way of thinking that needs to be irradiated. More on that later.
