Would really like people to start using the terms Dominant/Assertive for an 'asshole' and Submissive/Dis-genuine for 'nice guy'.

I don't think being an asshole is a good approach in any regard, the benefit it has is that it seems more dominant because you're being anti-social which can have an aura of carelessness/independence to it. The typical view of a 'nice guy' simply does not have that which is a massive turn off. The act of being considerate and kind is not a bad thing, but it has to be genuine and without ulterior motive. You can fake being an asshole but faking being nice is a reallllly bad move. People see right through that.

Also, fuck the thought that being a douche/bully/asshat is a good way to do anything - being assertive is what you're really aiming for and there are better ways to do that than to be disrespectful to others.

Just my 2 cents.
