I was wondering if anyone can relate?

Going out a lot, I get make outs from nightgame almost every week. Sometimes I have multiple make outs in one evening. But still no f-close. After the make out I struggle to keep the girls or to get them to leave the venue with me.
How to successfully turn a make-out into a f-close?
