Yeah bro I'm 19 and go to house parties every weekend. The crowd tends to be 16-20 or so so you'll be on the younger side, though you'll probably know most people from school.

People at these parties see the parties as ANOTHER WORLD. This is key. Girls will be willing to do so many different things they wouldn't normally do because "fuck it, we're at a party!"

Don't feel restricted in terms of how physical or flirtatious you can be. Always push your boundaries at house parties and take girls on a rollercoaster of fun.

Anxiety stops you from focusing on the present and interacting with other people fully.

The only way I know to get rid of the anxiety is through practice and 'living through the fear'. You're scared of talking to girls? Do it and feel the fear. Feel the heightened heart beat and recognise how you react to it.

Rinse wash and repeat. It'll go away after some time.

You're probably also too invested in the image that you are 'a cool guy' in front of your friends. You need to just get some balls and talk to girls, even if you occasionally make a fool out of yourself.

Just talk to them about anything - what's on your mind, what's on their mind, what's been going on in their lives.

Be horny (you probably are already as you are 16) and learn to pick up signals from her, and then lead the interaction forward (touch her, kiss her, isolate and fuck her).
