So I just started a new job as a contractor. I wanted to work really hard to earn a full time role. I completely focused and didn't socialize with others around me. I got the full time role which is great but also want to be more social. How can I do that in the workplace after being a bit closed off?

There are some definite hot babes here so want to have a stronger presence. What can I do to appeal more to them while being in line with the workplace?

Now that I got a good salary I'm going to invest more in style and working out.
