Yeah, Just be straightforward. And rejection does hurt but over time it hurts less and you can use the rejection as motivation to improve yourself

As a side note, I got left on "opened" by her an hour ago because I sent her a un open-ended Snap and I guess she didn't have anything to say or didn't want to say anything. I'll probably Snap her back in a couple hours with something related to our convo last night. I don't want to seem too clingy

If you are going to ask her out and you go to class with her....do it in person.
You don't have to over dramatize your interest either. Just be like "Hey lets get coffee, on me". If she says no it's super low investment and if she has something else to do just say "raincheck then" or something.
There is a tendency for people to be too direct when it isn't neccessary when first learning is why I offered that snippet. You are going to be flirting with her when you go anyway, it makes no difference if you call it a date or not.
You shouldn't be scared to be direct but it isn't always neccessary to do so....like this situation.
Sometimes too much directness is counter productive and you can get the same result with less aggression.
What you thought in the OP can work too though. Everyone has their own style and there is more than one way to skin a cat.
Though even if you use your own idea in the OP.....please don't pussout and do it on snapchat. I know face to face is scarier but you need to learn to do it eventually anyhow. Don't half ass it if you are going to be that direct
