My rule of thumb is if she doesn't respond to the second message, she's not interested. You'll only dig yourself deeper if you keep messaging her or dwelling on it. If she really is interesting, she'll eventually reply, but sending more messages won't help the situation.

no she's not interested. The fact she was with a guy friend, most likely a wing-man. She might have gave a signal to him and that's why he was kind of cock-blocking you. The fact that she was with a group of guy friends usually means she went there for a guy in the group and maybe talking to you would make him jealous. Also, no way in hell her guy friends would have let her leave with a stranger, she wasn't planning on getting any that night.

The guy she left with might be her good friend that she confines in and helped her set up this "event" with the guy she was interested in, and the guy might have been turned off by her trying to make him jealous. But even if this was not the case, her not answering, is a big sign.
