I guess my question is, how long do I have until I'll get a bad rep? What's worse is that the best area for it is usually the center, in other places I would have to wait way too long before sets, and since I'd literally always hang on the same boulevard, I'm guessing it's not going to take long?

How would you go about doing it if you were me? Also take into consideration that I have to spend my next few years there ( I start college in that town ). I'll have my own one room apartment, so I don't have to get creative about logistics.
