So I followed the advice of some people on here and it went pretty decently! You won't believe how fucking nervous and anxious I was about going. I nearly talked myself out of it.

But I went, and I had a great time. I think it helped my confidence, I introduced myself to some girl that was out of my league, we danced a bit, then I got another partner and danced with them and got to know them a bit.

I didn't expect I would get a number or anything, I just went to put myself out there and I accomplished that. Got my feet wet with the whole eye contact and talking to women part.

Thank you all for the help, I've still got some work to do but hey, we're all works in progress so that's alright.
