This is great advice and I don't mean to undermine it at all. I just thought I'd present an alternative scenario: You are applying these tactics, and you think scarcity is working. However she is simply a tease. She wants you close enough to feel that's she has your attention. When you make yourself scarce, she reaches out to you, but ultimately always keeps you just out of reach.

This highlights the importance of keeping your numbers up.
