I met this girl last year in college (Freshman year) and we had a pretty good relationship. We talked pretty much everyday and even had a class together. However, towards the end of the year, we stopped talking entirely. Now, I am a sophomore in college and, ironically, her and I matched on Tinder yesterday. We briefly talked on Tinder then I got her number again and we started talking. We talked for a good while about school and stuff but I never did any flirty stuff. Later in the night, around midnight, she stopped the conversation and said she had to go to sleep.

Now its the next day and she hasn't texted me first. Should I go ahead and text her first, or should I just wait until she texts me? I would like to start becoming more flirty and build some attraction to a point where I can take her out or something. What should I do in this situation?
