I just started a job photographing Sorority events (parties, mixers, formals, etc), what can I do to practice RP skills while staying professional?

Practice holding frame and having fun by giving girls fun orders when taking group shots.

The aforementioned advice about not shitting where you eat is 100%.

However... those who are arranging parties & mixers may also be arranging afterparties where you can play game and not be working, just because you already know the right people. Then the same girls who are hot for posing for you when you have to be in work-mode will see you're not in work-mode but might still want to pose for you. Together. Naked. With or without a camera.

That's the time to shine. Off the clock but connected with the organizers to be at the right place at the right time.

Plus "private photo shoots" for those girls who take your card & give that look which says what kind of private shoot it's gonna be.
